Please allow us 1-4 weeks to process and ship your order. For International deliveries, we will provide a quote for your approval before shipping. If special requests, please contact us and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Returns

We are happy to provide a refund on returns on the website orders if you are not happy with your order, provided the items are returned to us within 14 days of the date of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unused and accompanied by the hang tags, and original India by Tripta sales receipt. You can return your order within the established return period and place another order on our website. Refunds (excluding shipping and handling) will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for discounted and sale merchandise on our website. Due to the special features of some items, the following does not qualify for return:
